AP News
Dear Parents,
It is very pleasing to report that students have been making an excellent effort in recent weeks to wear the correct school uniform to school. I thank parents for their help in ensuring their children are dressed correctly for school, particularly wearing their PE uniform only on PE or Sport days. As the weather warms up we will transition to the summer uniform for the next two weeks. Please ensure that whatever uniform you child is in, that it is the correct combination for either winter or summer and not a combination. The tie must be worn with the winter uniform.
This weeks’ Cyber-safety news from Kirra @ Safe on Social, is an excellent and quick 10 point checklist: Ten things to keep your Tweens safe online. (see attached)

When your child reaches 10 to 11 years in age, they may start asking for their first smartphone and to use social media. Here are Kirra’s tips on what to do to keep them safe.
We also want to make sure you all saw the schoolzine message last Wednesday from the e-safety commissioner offering parents advice and social media caution about the disturbing content being circulated. Look back through your Schoolzine feed to access the letter if you missed it. It is valuable advice and offers excellent assistance to support your child’s wellbeing.
Together we can work on keeping our children safe.
Kindest regards
Mrs Katie Thompson
