Sacrament of Confirmation

Information and consent forms have been sent home with your child to participate in the Sacrament of Confirmation.

The sessions for Confirmation will take place on Thursday afternoons, over a period of four weeks (3 lessons plus a twilight retreat), as indicated below. With the obvious time constraints, it is critical that your child and support family members attend all the preparation sessions and the final Twilight Retreat, to adequately prepare our candidates for the reception of Confirmation. If there is the unplanned inability to attend a session, please advise Fr Lolesio as soon as possible.

Venue: Sacred Heart School Library

Time: 3.30pm - 4.30pm

Session 1: 27th August

Session 2: 3rd September

Session 3: 10th September

Session 4: 17th September (Twilight Retreat)

Twilight Retreat: 3.30pm - 6.30pm (including shared supper)

Sacrament of Confirmation Celebration: Sunday 20th September (11.00am Mass)
