A wonderful start to the 2020 sporting year with our Swimming Carnival held last Thursday. Congratulations to all students for their participation at the carnival. Thank you to our staff members and parents and carers who supported us throughout the day.
We congratulate all teams for their efforts in the pool and also for encouraging their teammates. Mercy received the Spirit Cup and De La Salle were the overall champions!
Primary students who qualified for the Western Region Carnival will swim in Harden next Monday, 17th February. We wish them all the best for next Monday.

Hi all,
As you may already be aware (as it is on the Canberra Goulburn Sports Web page and our Facebook page) ALL nominations/registrations for Canberra Goulburn Trials (Primary) and Secondary individual nominations are through the new Catholic Schools NSW website (https://csnsw.sport/) with levy payments to be made at the same time. If your child is selected in the Canberra Goulburn team then they will be progressed to the next level by myself, this means there is no need to re-register for the MacKillop event. You will receive a notification when this happens and be required to log into the system once again to approve your child, pay the levy and purchase any representative items that you require.
Team App will no longer be used for any payments as they will be made at the time of registration.
When selected in a Canberra Goulburn team your Team Manager may wish for you to join the team your child was selected in on this App as it serves for a great communication tool (you will be advised)

Students in Years 3-6 are swimming for sport this Thursday. Please ensure that students come to school with their swimming gear (including a rash top), towel, $2.50 entry money, drink bottle and a hat.

A note went home on the first day, outlining the dates booked for likely PE and Sport sessions at the pool. As with the nature of schools, these dates may need to change. Students will be notified of these changes via their ‘PDHPE’ and ‘Sport at SHC’ google classrooms and on their respective google calendars. Please read the note carefully and return the note to the front office as soon as possible.
A note went home last week for any students seeking more information regarding the representative sport pathways on offer this year. Please see Mrs Gale for more information.
