Mortimer Shield

Well done to the Stage 3 Girls League Tag Team who completed in the final of the Mortimer Shield Competition last Tuesday. The girls had a narrow loss to Young Public School in their first game of the day, which put them out of the grand final qualifying round. In the next two games, the girls had great wins against Gundagai Public School and Macaulay, Tumut. Thank you to Dave Tozer for coaching the girls and to the parents and families who helped transport the team.

Archdiocesan Cross Country

Congratulations to Sacha McLeod, Jake Winsor, Claudia McLeod, Will English, Zara English, Lily Murphy and Victoria Clancy who competed at the Archdiocesan Cross Country at Eastern Creek last Friday.

Western Region Athletics Carnival

Next Friday, 28^th June is the Western Region Athletics Carnival. Sacred Heart is hosting the carnival this year. If you are able to assist at the carnival, either on an event or in the canteen please contact the Front Office.

Archdiocesan Secondary Soccer Championships.

Well done to the 26 secondary students who travelled to Canberra last Friday to compete in the Archdiocesan Secondary Soccer Championships. Thank you Jacinta English for managing the boys team. Congratulations to the girls team, who were named the overall winners in their division. The girls will now compete against the Bathurst and Wagga Wagga diocese in the next level of the CCC competition. ​

If you are transporting students, other than your own child/ren to events please ensure that the Front Office have a copy of the following:

• Drivers licence
• Compulsory Third Party Insurance
• Registration
• WWCC

(Parents are still required to provide this information even if transport is privately arranged).
