P & F President Report 2018/19

As the President for 2018/19 I would like to thank everyone involved in the P & F over the past year, we should all be very proud of what we have achieved with another successful year of fundraising.

We have donated-

$1500 to purchase new books for the library,

Replaced a Secondary Shade Sail $2200,

Swimming Caps for Representative levels $600,

Purchased 2 x Easy Shade Marquees and walls $3450,

Portable microphone and speaker system $760,

Dryer $ 340 for TAS

Freezer and Pyrex Dishes $740 and Hot Water system $1770 for the TAS Block

$2550 for new scrolling tools for Metalwork

$1500 towards the John Coutis talk,

$15000 towards the Computer Upgrade in Room 5,

Thermomix $1900 and New Oven for the Canteen $4000,

Sporting achievements for State Level,

End of year Awards Presentation Donation $450

Maddie Brown donation for Greatest Shave $100

Thanks to Jackie Smirl for another great year as Secretary, I appreciate the support you’ve given me and your awesome efficiency, thank you.

Thanks to Jody Miller for holding the position of Treasurer, your knowledge is exceptional and greatly appreciated, thanks for all your support not only in your role but across the board.

As this will be my last year as President I thank everyone on the committee for all the support and help I’ve received over the last 5 years, I’ve enjoyed my time in my role as Vice President and President, it’s been a pleasure and a lot of fun working with you all at different events and getting to know so many people in our school and the Cootamundra Community.

I take away a great deal of pride in what we have achieved and I’d like to wish the newly elected committee all the best for this year of fundraising.
