NSWPSSA Athletics
Congratulations to Olivia Cassidy and our Junior Girls (Ella Sannazzaro, Emmeline Last, Zoe Last, Faith Roberts) relay team on their performance in Sydney yesterday.
The girls relay team ran a time of 1:02:42. 7 seconds faster than their school qualifying time back in June.
And Olivia Cassidy jumped a high of 1:30m. 15cm higher than her school qualifying high back in June.
Well done girls, on showing determination to grow in your athletic abilities.
Boorowa Touch and Netball
A big thank you to the teachers, referees, parents and volunteers that headed to Boorowa today. Without you all we would be unable to offer these types of opportunities to our students. A special thanks to Liz Verri for driving the bus. Students had a great day and the weather was kind. This the last gala day for primary students this term. Again thank you to everyone who has supported different sporting endeavours this year, next year looks to be just as exciting with the calendar filling up fast.
Infants Intensive Swimming
Consent and payment is due at the end of next week. We are trying to organise groupings etc and need all the information to proceed. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me or the Front Office.
Primary Swimming
There is now a Compass event available for Primary Swimming, students will need permission to participate. This will start in Week 5. Please contact the Front Office if you have any questions.
Secondary Sport
CG and Invitational Touch Carnival
In week 5, on Friday the 14th November we will host the annual CG and Invitational Touch Carnival. We normally have 50+ teams and require 20 + referees. If you or someone you know are willing and able to referee touch for the day, please get in contact with the front office or contact Patrece.Maxwell@cg.catholic.edu.au or Megan.Withers@cg.catholic.edu.au.
