Primary Sport

Term two looks to be just as busy as term one sporting wise as we race to squeeze in days before the cold and wet days put a stop to some events. 

Western Region Cross Country

Congratulations to those students who were selected to represent Sacred Heart at Batlow this Thursday. Reports were that it was a very tough competition this year but our students still tried their very best and showed great sportsmanship. Thank you to Mrs McLeod for leading the day and all the parents that assisted.

Results: 

Sacred Heart came in second overall. The following students qualified for the next level in Canberra on the 17th of May.

Young Soccer Gala day

Information will go out to families who are attending on Monday morning. Thank you to those families who offered to take students, without your assistance we would be unable to attend. Thank you also to parents who have offered to assist in managing teams. The day is focused on student participation, students are expected  to show respect and sportsmanship. Students must wear shin pads and football boots.

Mortimer Shield

Information will go out once the draw has been made available for this event. Thank you to all the families who are taking students over and have indicated they are able to assist in managing a team. This is now a gala day so there is no advancement. Teams will play 7 on the field. Boys must wear headgear and mouth guards.
