Western Region Cross Country

Congratulations to all our runners who competed last term at Boorowa.

As a result, we have several students heading to Stromlo on the 25th May.

Rugby 10s

Well done to our Rugby 10s who played at the end of last term. We had a great day and learnt a lot about the game.

Congratulations to Ryder Gillies for making it to the next level of league trials.

This week a note will go home re Mortimer Shield, in Young on the 27th May

(Stage 3).

Western League Trials

Congratulations to Sam Gash, Darcey O’Toole, Oliver Baker, and Samuel Nasser for representing SHC at the Western League U15’s and U18’s Rugby League trials on Tuesday. Sam Gash was successful in making the U18’s squad of 20 and Darcey O’Toole was successful in making the U15’s squad of 20. Great effort by all.

NSWCCC Australian Rules Football Trials

Good Luck to Oscar Roberts representing SHC at the NSWCCC Australian Rules Football U15’s trials on Wednesday.

Small School Rugby League

Good luck to the SHC teams competing in round 1 of the Small School Rugby League competition this Thursday, at Nicholson Park Cootamundra.

Games are as follows:

10:00 am U14s

10:40 am U16s

12:40 pm U14s

1:20 pm U16s

If you are free, we would greatly appreciate the support.

Players are required at the grounds by 9:00am.

Secondary Sport Nominations

Please keep checking the SPORT at SHC secondary Google Classroom for the many sport messages and nomination forms for school representative opportunities. Currently seeking expressions of interest for:

  • Tennis players for CG Gala day - Teams of 4 required
  • Soccer players for our SHC team to play in the CG Gala day
